With over 100K conversations already facilitated, the AI Assistant now handles a third of all customers technical service queries and interactions for GK Cloud Solutions and Global Knowledge Technologies courses. This cutting-edge technology has effectively taken on the workload equivalent to that of 50 full-time technical customer service agents. Its performance in delivering customer satisfaction is on par with that of our human agents, showcasing its ability to understand and respond to customer needs with precision.
Notably, the AI Assistant has enhanced the efficiency of issue resolution, evidenced by a 25% decrease in repeat technical inquiries from customers. This improvement is significant, as customers can now resolve their technical issues in under two minutes—a drastic reduction from the previous average of 17 minutes. This leap in efficiency not only boosts customer satisfaction but also represents a significant stride in operational efficiency.
Operating 24/7, the assistant is currently proficient in English and is slated to become multilingual, with 30+ languages which includes various Indian languages. This expansion aims to make our services more accessible and personalized for a broader range of customers.
The implementation of this AI technology is projected to drive a profit improvement of $1 million USD for GK Cloud Solutionsand Its eco-system organizations in 2024.
